I’m
alternating between these two books because I recently started reading
them both before the David Sedaris signing that I went to.
I’m loving Squirrel Seeks Chipmunk because it’s kind of like Aesop’s Fables on steroids with a large dose of cursing too. The illustrations inside are pretty darn priceless too.
Let’s Explore Diabetes with Owls is a great mix of both eclectic and serious at time stories. He really makes even mediocre events sound hilarious. I also am really enjoying the different monologues that he added to this book.
Like most David Sedaris fans, I have read and heard everything and anything produced by him. I was counting the days for this book to quietly whisper it's way to my kindle. It's awesome! Worth the wait!
