Heroic Haiku Contest

Happy Free Comic Book Day Everybody :)

drawing by the awesome Tiny Reverse Vampire

To celebrate here at Bibliognome I decided to have a Heroic Haiku contest.  Thanks to Candlemark & Gleam, there will be one Grand Prize winner and two runner ups.

The contest will be judged by authors Susan Jane Bigelow and Matt Adams.  Susan is the author of Broken and Fly Into Fire.  Matt is the author of I, Crimsonstreak.

* The Grand prize winner wins eBook copies of Broken, Fly Into Fire, and I, Crimsonstreak.

* The two runners up will get to choose one eBook of either Broken, Fly Into Fire, or I, Crimsonstreak.

Some examples of haikus, (make sure you follow the 5/7/5 structure) :

A normal hero
Not with the powers I have
All I do is hop

Capes fly through the sky
Heroes looking for glory
Glimpses of justice

Rules:
1.) Write your heroic haiku in the comments.

**Multiple entries are allowed so feel free to haiku to your hearts content.**
2.) Leave a way to contact you too whether it be through Twitter, Facebook, or email.
3.) The judges decision is final and if I don't hear back from winners within a week, new winners will be chosen.

Good luck and be sure to leave your best Heroic Haiku in the comments.
Contest will run from May 5th-11th, Winners will be announced on either the 12th or 13th Monday the 14th.  Contest is open to everybody because the prizes are eBooks.

  14. #3 (as usual, much later and lacking in substance)

    Monster shrimp thwarted
    Enter irrelevant foe...
    And new forced plot line

(And with low box office sales, the saga of Shrimp Consumption Man is over.)
