"This is a book I wrote. Because I wrote it, I had to figure out what to put on the back cover to explain what it is. I tried to write a long, third-person summary that would imply how great the book is and also sound vaguely authoritative— like maybe someone who isn’t me wrote it—but I soon discovered that I’m not sneaky enough to pull it off convincingly. 
So I decided to just make a list of things that are in the book: 
PicturesWordsStories about things that happened to meStories about things that happened to other people because of meEight billion dollars*Stories about dogsThe secret to eternal happiness* 
*These are lies. Perhaps I have underestimated my sneakiness!"

I adore the Hyperbole and a Half blog and am so excited that there is going to be a book. While reading the blog I know I actually laugh out loud a lot and often. It’s all very relatable yet funny at the same time and you will definitely see yourself or someone you know in a lot of the entries.

    Hey, never heard of this blog before but it sounds hilarious! Is it a collection of her posts that she's already published on the blog? That's a great idea if she writes so well. Thanks for sharing!

      Hi, you should check out the blog it is hilarious. Not sure if it's a collection of the posts or the posts more written out to book form either way it should be awesome. :)
