Top 5 Sundays - Best Books of 2011!

These are the best books that I've read in 2011,
Such a great addition to the series.  Somehow adding a baby to the mix has made this series even more awesome.

Love the mythology in this book and has quite possibly the best sidekick character ever, Oberon the Irish wolfhound.

This series is definitely in my Top 5 Favorite series of all times.  The story arc across the trilogy and the characters are just so well done.  Not to mention the main villain and all of the bad guys who are really freaking scary.  The greatest thing though is how many emotions this book will make you feel, it definitely puts you through the ringer and has a bunch of surprises.

This is my favorite book of the year.  It probably has the strongest first chapter that I've ever read (I remember reading the sneak peek of the chapter and knowing that I had to get my hands on this book.)  I love the multiple points of view in this book and the claustrophobia inducing world that's built with the spaceship being the only habitable environment.  There are so many twists and turns in this book and it leaves you with a sweet yet unsure future of an ending.

This book has such a fresh interesting concept.  Everyone divided into factions = some great drama.  It truly shines though through the main character Tris and the way she transforms herself.  So much happens in this book and the world building is so well done, I know I like many others just can't wait for the next book.
