Feelings
after Reading = Love for all these characters especially Rev and Declan, happy
at where things ended up.
This is
the kind of book that will have you racing to finish it and staying up way past
bedtime. I loved so much about this book. Rev's story will break your heart but
watching him grow over the course of the story will have you cheering. The
characters and all the relationships are so well done. Lots of heavy subjects
but the kind of story that will have you really rooting for these characters to
have happy futures.
The
family dynamics here especially felt realistic and messy just like real life.
Rev's parents who were his foster and then adoptive parents were wonderful and
had such a strong relationship with Rev and his friends.
Rev and
Emma have their share of problems but there is definitely chemistry between
them almost immediately. I like their meeting and the whole wondering if it's
all fate aspect.
Rev and
Declan's friendship is probably the best relationship that I've read about in
quite a while. I adore how they are so understanding and always there for each
other.
Overall
if you love reading about characters that will make you care very much about
them check out this book ASAP.
