Sunday Funday - At Work

Here's a peek at where I write most of Bibliognome's posts, my desk at the library:

My lovely computer, barcode scanner and phone.
A peek at the library from my back corner view.

My Domo-tastic Christmas Tree that I just kind of leave up all year long.  :)

  1. :D Okay... now I don't feel like I'm alone in my need for lots of little trinkets and treasures in my creative space. Love it! Thanks for sharing Becky. :)

  2. Omigosh...I love your desk. I moved most of my fun stuff off my desk and to a little shelf on the wall (within reaching distance, of course), but I work from home. If I had a desk at the office, I'm sure it wouldn't look as fun as yours, but I would try. There would definitely be a gnome or five.

  3. I'm so jealous! We're not allowed any personal items anywhere at work.

  4. @Rhianna, Thanks yeah, it was too plain for me when I first started and my boss doesn't seem to mind what I have on my desk. I am a big fan of trinkets, comics, bookmarks and as you can probably tell I like decorating my space.

@ArtsyBookishGal, Thanks, I have a lot of fun with all the different stuff I put on my desk. I do have some gnomes at work and they kind of helped inspire the name for the blog too :)

@Sullivan, :) Yeah, I'm glad I can have all sorts of stuff out at work (not that anyone else has as much or anything on their desk). If I had to have nothing on the desk I'd probably be horribly bored.

  5. ...I officially covet your workspace. I have one or two neat things on my desk, but mostly it's just covered in paper clutter. UGH.

  6. @Kate, thanks :), yeah and this is the cleaned up version of my desk. I think I would go crazy if I had nothing on my desk like some of my coworkers.
