Tiny Reverse Vampire is reading:
King of the Dead by Joseph Nassise
Tiny Reverse Vampire is reading this book thanks to the publisher. She really liked the first one and says this one is great so far.
I'm reading:
The Journey Back by Priscilla Cummings
I'm reading this book thanks to the publisher. It's kind of the second book in the series and I haven't read the first. It stands alone really well though because you find out most of what happened in the first book Read Kayak in this one. It's an interesting contemporary book about a kid who is really troubled (prison kind of troubled) and how he survives.

Weekend Reads
I can't wait to read this book because it looks funny and like it will be skew away from some common YA stereotypical situations. :)

Weekend Reads
This book is hilarious so far. The whole premise is that the main character is scared of dogs and has been labeled a dog hater because of an incident. She then because of a freak accident switches bodies with a dog she has found.
I read the prequel of this series and can't wait to read the official first book. It's quite the interesting world full of aliens and plenty of sci-fi goodness.

Weekend Reads
I'm loving this book so far. Superheroes are some of my favorite characters to read about and if you add funny into the mix like this book does then I'm very happy.
This looks like a great mystery/suspenseful book. I've been looking forward to this one because it's always interesting if a book involves a serial killer.

Reading this for review. It's interesting so far but I'm not sure that I really like the main character. It does have an interesting premise though with all these kids being essentially raised by the computer/the ship that they are traveling on.
I really need a funny book so I can't wait to start this book. :)

Weekend Reads
My reads for the weekend, thanks to Around the World ARC Tours
Glimmer by Phoebe Kitanidis

I'm in the middle of this one and still pretty much have no idea what's going on. Not sure I like it or not yet but it sure starts off interesting. Stories about weird small towns with secrets are always creepy and this one seems to be headed into creepy territory.
I'm really intrigued by this book because it looks like the main character can talk to fish. Sounds interesting because who hasn't imagined how cool it would be to be able to talk to animals?

My weekend reads thanks to Around the World ARC Tours

Thou Shall Not Road Trip by Antony John
I knew I wanted to read this book because I liked his last book Five Flavors of Dumb so much. This looks like a fun road trip book with a twist and some great characters.
The Selection by Kiera Cass
I'm reading this book right now and it's so good. Lots of unexpected things happening and the characters are really well done. I can't wait to see how it ends.

Weekend Reads
Some great books that I plan to read or start to read this weekend:
This book looks really interesting, especially the concept of knowing in 1996 what would happen to you 15 years latter.
A good looking book that I'm part of a blog tour for.

Weekend Reads
Here's what books I'm finishing reading or starting this weekend:

| About halfway through this book, it has an interesting concept but I don't know if I love it yet. |

| This book's intrigued me since I heard about because of it's mythological connections. I hope it's as good as some recent books based upon myth have been. |

Weekend Reads
Friday - Last night I stayed up until after one in the morning just so I could finish reading The Emerald Atlas by John Stephens. It was such a great book, a definite 5 gnomes out of 5 gnomes read. It feels like a grand mix of the Harry Potter and A Series of Unfortunate Events books with the best things about both series combined. This looks to be a very promising new series and I know I can't wait to read the next one.
For the rest of the weekend I'll be reading Enclave by Ann Aguire. I've heard such good things about this book and can't wait to start reading.
