This book was great
and the world really draws you in.
Love how open the book is about sexuality and that Esofi is able to marry a man or a woman without problem. There's just the question of possible heirs but with the magic in this world there are solutions. It takes a great look at gender and that it can be fluid.
Esofi and Adale definitely don't seem like a great match at first. Over time though they really grow and so does their chemistry. No instalove here, this relationship takes some work.
My favorite part was the ending and all the twists and surprises it contained. A mix of fantasy and magic and gods equals a book full of awesomeness.
